Leadership · Life · Executive Coaching

Something's off, and you can't quite name it yet.

I help people get clear on what's really going on — in a transition, a decision they've been circling, or a quiet pull to become the leader, partner, or parent they want to be — and then actually move.

The resonance

You might recognize
yourself here.

  1. 01

You're successful on paper and quietly out of step with yourself.

  2. 02

There's a decision you keep almost making.

  3. 03

The balance at home stopped feeling fair, and naming it feels risky.

  4. 04

You're stepping into a bigger role and want to lead like yourself, not a template.

  5. 05

You're carrying more than anyone can see, and you can't say it out loud anywhere.

  6. 06

You know what you want — you just can't get traction on it alone.

If any of these landed, that's usually the right place to start.

My approach

A thoughtful sounding board — and someone who helps you execute.

I bring a strategy consulting background to coaching. That means space to say the honest thing, questions that poke at your assumptions, and then follow-through support so insight turns into something you actually do.

  • Clarity first: what you want, and what's genuinely in the way.
  • Questions over advice — the answers you keep are your own.
  • Accountability between sessions, by email or WhatsApp.
  • Specialized tools (Fair Play, PQ) only where they actually fit.

About

Coaching found me three times before I ever became a coach.

I grew up internationally — a third culture kid who lived across cultures before I ever had a career — and that shaped everything about how I lead. I believe relationships built across difference, whether cultural, institutional, or organizational, are the foundation of everything that actually works.

I spent 12+ years building and leading institutional relations at an international education company, growing from Program Manager to a senior leader reporting to the President & CEO. Along the way I became a mother to two, led teams through a full org rebuild after a 70% pandemic-era reduction, grew the business from $10M to $26M, and kept employee NPS above +40 the whole way through.

Coaching found me three times during those years, in three different forms. When the balance of our home life felt off after becoming a mother, Fair Play coaching helped my husband and me rebuild it together. And twice more, at moments when something didn't feel quite right professionally — when I couldn't yet put my finger on what was off, only that I was out of step with myself — I worked with two different leadership and life coaches. Neither time did coaching hand me answers. Both times, it helped me hear my own.

That's the work I do now: coaching for people seeking alignment — when something doesn't feel quite right but you can't yet name what, when the life or leadership role you actually want feels out of reach, or when you're wrestling with who you want to be next, at work or at home.

I'm also certified in Positive Intelligence (PQ), a framework for building mental fitness and quieting the self-saboteurs that get in the way of clear thinking and steady leadership. And I'm a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator and founder of Stop Keeping Up With The Joneses, bringing that methodology to individuals, couples, and organizations tackling invisible labor and cognitive load.

In clients' words

Placeholder quotes — send me your real ones and I'll swap them in.

I came in unable to explain what was wrong. Six sessions later I had language for it — and a plan I actually followed through on.

Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator

Making the invisible load visible — and shared.

Fair Play is Eve Rodsky's card-based system for naming every piece of unseen household and workplace labor, then deciding together who truly owns what. I facilitate it for partners, organizations, and therapists' clients.

For couples & partners

Rebuild the balance at home without it turning into the same argument. We map what's actually being carried, then redistribute it deliberately.

For organizations

FAQ

Questions people ask

The honest version of the questions that come up before people reach out.

01How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If something feels off and you can't quite name it, that's usually enough to start. The discovery call exists precisely to figure this out together — there's no obligation on either side.

02What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy tends to work with what happened; coaching works with what's next. I don't diagnose or treat. Many clients do both, and I'm glad to work alongside a therapist.

03How often do we meet?

Most clients meet every one to two weeks. We'll set a rhythm that fits your life and the pace of what you're working through.

04Are sessions in person or virtual?

Sessions are virtual by default, which keeps scheduling simple across time zones. In-person and hybrid options are possible for team engagements.

05Do you work with couples and teams, or only individuals?

Both. The core work is 1:1, and the same approach extends naturally into partnerships, corporate teams, and nonprofits navigating similar moments.

06What are Fair Play and Positive Intelligence?

Fair Play is a card-based system for making invisible household and workplace labor visible and equitably shared. Positive Intelligence (PQ) builds mental fitness and quiets self-sabotaging patterns. I'm certified in both and use them where they genuinely fit — they're tools, not the headline.
